- for subscribed categories, allow the user to optionally subscribe to re-published posts (an existing post which is updated with a newer publish date).
- when settings is set to include pages, allow users to subscribe to specific, existing pages - for when those pages are re-published.

@Flymike,
Those things are not quick fixes as there isn't a suitable hook for re-publication within WordPress. I'll add them to the list though and see what can be done in the future.
