Can clients only see their projects?
No. It’s a collaboration tool. It only offers levels of access for each kind of users (subscribers, editors, etc.)
Is it WPML compatible?
I don’t know. You would have to try and tell us. But we already provide translations to English, German, French, Portuguese, Polish. (language contributors welcome!)
Is it possible to add an image to diferenciate proyects in initial list?

If I send you a better user interface would you consider changing it?
It depends on what you mean by “better user interface”… We aim at keeping it streamlined, so everyone may tweak it to their own taste.
