WireDrive Player Invalid URL

    Hi,

    I’m very raw with WordPress and PHP. I’m starting a very simple site using the WireDrive Template with WireDrive Player Plugin. Before I’ve even started making any changes I wanted to embed a WireDrive reel using the WD Plugin. However I am always getting the “Invalid URL”. Spoke with WireDrive support and the reel I forward them to them would embed on their end. Not sure where to start troubleshooting this problem.

    Any advice or suggestions welcomed.

    think i had the same problem. in the faq at the very bottom…
    i had to contact support to hvae a couple things in my php database changed.
