No, it kinda doesn't. What adsense plugin are you talking about? I know of at least a dozen.
Also, the answer is probably no, it won't work with Yahoo ads. If you want Yahoo ads, look for a plugin for Yahoo ads.

Look at this post, and download the plugin that works with AdSense and YPN.
