will pay against hep to built wordpress.org blog

Hi All I have my blog on wordpress.com but would like to have a wordpress.org so that i have the ability to put google Adsense , SEO stuff and so on. Can someone help built that one. I can pay in turn but would like to learn every single step to built such a blog ( i dont know anything about php, aql etc…)with existing contents.
