What is the problem that you face…. ?
The plugin simply will not show up. Is there a page that is suppose to show after the purchase is made so the buyer can submit the file? Because The purchase will be made and that is it. Nothing else happens. It is kinda fraud HAHA

First login to ftp and remove my plugin.
Please give me ftp access I will fix it for you.
I also found that the order id, order date on the top is not visible in the view order page
