Will not unintall and reinstall . virtual loop

    UNinstalled, tried then to updgrade, and it say it has, then continue, then back to saying using old version, upgrade, and keeps looping..

    no images can be uploaded

    how about backing up your needed files and database then deleting everything?. after that’s done, reinstall, re-upload files, restore database. yes, it’s tedious but worth a try.
