• I can’t get this to work. I’m trying to get comment notification emails to editors but with no luck. The default WP functionality of emailing the admin works fine however.

    I’ve checked the following boxes:
    – Anyone posts a comment
    – A comment is held for moderation

I’ve also specified admins and editors under ‘User Roles’ at the bottom.

I’ve even tried specifying the editor’s email address under ‘Additional Emails’.

Also checked the two boxes under the Miscellaneous section at the bottom.

Even checked the spam folder of the editor’s email address… still nothing.

    You’re running WordPress 3.7.1, right?

What other Plugins do you have active?

Yup although I’ve just upgraded to 3.8 and still have the same problem.

I have a number of other plugins installed but have just tried deactivating all but yours, still no luck.

One thing I have recently noticed however, is that even when I set the admin email address under Settings > General, even that doesn’t work!

Which leads me to think that the problem must be somehow down to my WP install? or maybe my client’s email account, but that’s with Google Apps for Business (as is mine) so I can’t see there being any issues there

If you disable the Plugin entirely, and all other Plugins, do you get comment notification emails?
