   Is there a plan to make a Wiki Page for 1.3 plugins? Or is wp-plugins.net the defacto resource for plugins?

   I know, I probably should be asking (shhh!) But since theres quite a few people using it and people are posting code and plugins randomly throughout the forums I thought there might be a plugin resource we (as users and testers, even if on "live" sites) could go to.

   You'll have to search around the forums, or go to the individual plugin pages to find out if they support v1.3
   The Wiki page is the official plugin collection: http://wiki.wordpress.org/?pagename=Plugin
   wp-plugins.net is a small, unofficial resource. It is, however, quickly gaining popularity.
