Would you please fix widgets.php! It doesn't validate that $desc in line 1168 is UTF-8 and it drives me crazy :-) Because of this my site doesn't validate correct on http://validator.w3.org/ unless I alter that file at every update.

It passes non UTF-8 letters, like åäö without changing them to
åäö -
