Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
If it is a theme issue then I’m sorry but, as you appear to be using a non-WPORG theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developers – paid or otherwise. We only support themes downloaded from wordpress.org here.

I wanted to say, THANK YOU!, Esmi. I deactivated all my plugins and in reactivating found that my Instagram plugin was causing the problem. The page is again functioning properly.
