After installing the Pardot plugin for wordpress, the widgets page is frozen. I can see Pardot forms and Pardor Dynamic Content was in the available widgets, but I couldn’t drag and drop it to any existing widget.
I couldn’t even toggle the existing widgets to edit them either.

Could anyone have resolution for this issue?

    Thanks.

Hey there! Sorry for your trouble.

I haven’t heard of anyone having this issue, so it sounds like a conflict with another plugin. Would you be able to use Inspect Element in your browser and show me any errors that might be appearing?

If not, we can really only figure it out by disabling all other plugins and reverting to the default theme.

If you’d rather, you can email me at cseal at salesforce dot com, and we can look into some other options.

    Hi Cliff,

    Thanks for your reply.
I can see there are 3 errors occurred after activating the Pardot Plugin.
I have uploaded the screenshot to the website, so you can have a look via this link.

Hope this can give you some clues about the problem.

    Thanks.

Oh! You’re running WordPress 3.4.2? Support for protocol-relative URL’s was added in 3.5, but we also don’t support those older versions. Any reason you haven’t upgraded?
