   In my dashboard my widgets wont show up..i cant edit..add..or delete..any ideas? Doesn't matter what theme I try either...

   1st thing to try would be deactivate all plugins and test

   if works, re-activate one by one - testing in between

   No result. It shows widgets on my main page but when I go into the dashboard the sidebar is completely empty and wont let me edit anything.

   I've even deleted and uploaded fresh include and admin folders and still the same.

   you have done everything I would do to troubleshoot
   maybe someone else has an idea
