   hello my friends. I'm starting with a new blog. I use a free template theme called evanescence. The problem : when I go to the widgets page in order to insert some other widgets such as sitemeter,rss,twitter or any other, I drag and drop it in the sidebar and when I go to the front page the default characters of the template such as PAGE,CATEGORIES,RECENT POSTS etc... just dissapear and only shows the widget I have dragged and dropped. I want to keep them all and not the ones I drag an drop. Understand ? I know that I have to make some modifications in sidebar.php and funtions.php I guess. Can anybody help me ? I appreciate your help.

   I figure out that the template is closed to any widget new entry... I contacted the author but he didn't give any directions. Curiously when I go to appearance > widgets page there's just a sidebar name "sidebar 1". When I drop the widget outside this "sidebar 1" the widget just disappear. When I drop the widget inside this "sidebar 1" the widget shows but all the rest included in the sidebar do not show anymore.
   Another detail is that this "sidebar 1" do not show the contents I mentioned above such PAGE,CATEGORIES etc...
   I imagine that I have to include another sidebar, let's say "sidebar 2" ?????!!! I just don't know how to do it.
