I am having trouble with the admin page being frozen. I am not able to move any widgets now nor click on the help tab at top right, etc. many of the areas are frozen. Any suggestions? I have unactivated the plugins and reactivated them also as a start, but still no luck.

I would also try another browser and clearing your cache.
It sounds like perhaps there's some sort of javascript error. -

I have cleared cache, and deactivated plugins.. still frozen on admin/ widget area and can not add an event. ??
