Widgets DONT WORK, dont load. HELP!

    Hi,

    I cant even run Widget Pane. When i click on widget, i get this message:

    Fatal error: Only variables can be passed by reference in X:\Hosting\IDesign\pez\wp-admin\widgets.php on line 21
    PHP Fatal error: Only variables can be passed by reference in X:\Hosting\IDesign\pez\wp-admin\widgets.php on line 21

    HELP PLS!!!!

    There is a problem with the code in line 21 of widgets.php related to at least one version of PHP, 5.0.5. If I find the answer, I will post it here.
