Widgets dissapeared in admin panel

    Hello all,

    I am having trouble with my wordpress blog. The widgets show up on the site, but I cannot edit them in my admin panel anymore…they have disappeared.

    my site is hosted through 1and1 and the theme I am using is iNova.

    plz help
