Widgets all over admin menu!?

    Hi,

    I’ve downloaded and installed WordPress on my server as well as on my own Xampp setup for testing purposes. In both setups, I find that there is something wrong with the widget menu. Whenever I try to position a widget, it tends to fly all over the place.

    However this doesnt happen with my blog at wordpress.com

    What is happening?
    I tried it with a default install and its still the same.

    I’ve included a screenshot below:
