Widgets all linking to one page (3 posts)

    Hey everyone. I recently added three pages to my site (radio, about, and submit). However, now when I click on the archives widget links, or run a search, all of the links generated are now linking to /submit/ instead of to the appropriate article.

    You can see the problematic behavior here:
    jetsetrad.io

    What do I do to fix this? Any ideas what I could be doing wrong?

    I am using php file for my site nav, who's code is as follows:

    <ul>
    	<li><a href="http://www.jetsetrad.io/">Blog</a></li>
    	<li><a href="http://www.jetsetrad.io/radio">Radio</a></li>
    	<li><a href="http://www.jetsetrad.io/about">About</a></li>
    	<li><a href="http://www.jetsetrad.io/submit/">Submit</a></li>
    </ul>

    I am thinking perhaps the "submit" link isn't closing for some reason and is spilling into every link on the page, but I definitely have the tags closed...

    *I also just noticed that every link in the site after the site nav is going to /submit/.

    I just tried removing the site_nav entirely, and it did not affect the behavior I am trying to fix, so I guess that isn't the problem.

    ***EDIT***
    I now know the source of the problem, but still do not know a fix. Somehow all of my posts permalinks were changed to /submit/, but I cannot change their permalinks manually. In addition to this when I create a new post it is automatically assigned a permalink of /submit/

    I found the problem. I had set my permalinks to all go to /submit/. However I can no longer create custom permalinks for pages I create. How do I fix this new problem haha?
