   What is my wordpress version?

   You are hosted at wordpress.COM and there you can NOT upload anything.

   This is wordpress.ORG, the support site for the self-hosted WP version.

   As far as I know I am hosted with hostIcan? I am not?

   The blog linked to your profile here is not hosted by hostican. It is a wordpress.com blog that has a domain pointed to it.

   From your source code:
