   Trying to find a Text or HTML/Javascript Widget Box to create bulleted list of specific but uncategorized posts with their links

   Is the default Text widget not suitable? Is there anything that connects these posts - such as a custom field?

   I could not find how to links to my selected posts. I have just found "HTML Javascript Adder: which does the job.

   To create a link to a post, first navigate to the post in your web browser and copy the post's url from your browser's address bar. Then use:

   <a href="paste_the_post_url_here">add_the_post_title_here</a>

   to create your link.
