   I can bring up my widget menu, but when I click on any entry nothing happens. I cannot move anything, ie text. How do I fix this so I can use widgets

   yes, I tried google chrome and firefox and I get the same results

   Ok, can you still replicate the problem with all plugins disabled and using the default 2012 theme?

   Sure, give the plugin or theme author a shout, there's probably a conflict with the new version of WordPress.
