Whats does exactly appear blank? Only the widget or also if you include the webviewer via shortcode in any page?

Is there any example page where I can see the error?

    Hi!!

I have just test it over an article and it shows any thing. When I say blank I mean the the space where the widget should show the channels, etc, is white, no text, no icons…

You can test it over here:

    http://www.iberiava.com/sites/web/?page_id=362&preview=true

And the widget is place on next link on the widget right sidebar at the bottom:

    http://www.iberiava.com/sites/web/

Just below widge called “Eventos” and over the calendar.

Meanwhile you can see I’m using the other and older TS3 widget, but I rather prefer yours 🙂

    Regards and thanks!

    This behavior is indeed strange.
Can you please try to go to the widget’s settings and select another configuration and try if it is still white then?

Also, can you please check if the configuration with the ID you selected in the widgets config still exist in the configuration list?

    Regards,
    Max

    Hi,

If I change to a second virtual server on the widget config it appears OK… but not the first one wich appears blank.

I have tried to uninstall de plugin and reinstall it, but don’t know why after reinstalling both virtual servers configurations still present 😐

Where is the config data saved on WP ?? is on mysql DB??

Will clean temp files and cookies and reinstall again.

    Regards.

Hmm this behavior is really strange.

To completly uninstall the plugin do the following:

    1. Uninstall the plugin
    2. Delete the table wp_tswebviewer in your wordpress database
    3. In the table wp_options search for tswebviewer_version and delete it.

Also you could try to delete the cache at /wp-content/uploads/tswebviewer

After full cleaning I get this error:

    devMX TeamSpeak3 Webviewer Fatal Error

Port 0 is invalid, valid port must be between 0 and 65535

    line: 310
    File:
    /var/www/vhosts/your-schnitzel.de/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/devmx-teamspeak3-webviewer/vendor/devmx/Teamspeak3-Library/src/devmx/Transmission/StreamTransmission.php

As I can see on the Supoort page I’ve changed configuration to disable automatic download file but the result is that no one of the templates work for me and the icons are the defult ones…

    Is there any solution?

    Regards and thanks in advance.

Can you please take a look into your database table wp_tswebviewer and check if the correct port is entered there?

    Thread Starter viguri

    (@viguri)

    Ok,

Here you are, from wp DB:

    serverport: 9985 (correct)
    queryport: 10011 (correct)

On connectLinkTarget, the self domain: iberiava.com …
