Widget Logic moves widgets to inactive widget list

    Hi,

    After updating my wordpress site I noticed 2 of my homepage widgets (that i use is_home() with) disappeared, i found them hanging in the inactive widget list, when i return them to the right location they stay for a while and then disappear again.

    Disabling widget logic solves the issue, but I must have a solution as those widget should not appear at any page beside the homepage.
