Widget for WordPress.org to post on Facebook Fan Page

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for a great widget for my wordpress.org blog that will post on my Facebook Fan Page every time publish a post. I need it to be able to put a thumb nail, small write up and a back link to my blog.

Does anyone know of a good one they use and/or recommend that does this. I know WordPress.com has a great one that works amazing but I haven’t been able to find a WordPress.org one that matches.
