Widget Font Title Size. I have read the posts

Good Morning,
I am using Suffusion. I am a novice.

I have read every post that I could find on the subject of increasing the font size of the titles in my widgets and have not been successful in making it work. I can change to color, but that it.

I have copied and pasted some the example codes into my Custom Includes in the back-end, AND I must be missing something. I tried Firebug and just can’t seem to figure it out.
