Widget Context is still erasing my data

    I’m still having the following major problem with Widget Context, can you please give a status update? Are any fixes pending?

    If I drag a new widget into the sidebar, add content, choose a widget context option from the drop down (e.g. “Show on selected”), and enter a url, when I click save the option reverts to “show everywhere” and my url is erased. What gives? Any ideas? Any fixes? Please.

    Hey,

    I have this problem too. It’s really annoying! You have to save the widget at least once before it’ll accept any context.

    Further to this issue, sometimes adding a new widget and then a context makes the context of other widgets mess-up somehow and they have to be re-saved to fix the problem.

    As far as i can tell this plugin has had these errors for years and they’re still not fixed. Happens with every site I make. I can cope but my clients can’t!

    Exactly the same issue – using Woothemes Canvas – a fix would be great!
