I would like to apply a class to each content block <div>. I am not getting any class output just a plain <div>. I want to style the block output, margins etc…

    Hi brandcrafted,

You can define the html markup of your widget in your functions.php file.

Changing the <li> tag to <div> in the example on this page should do the trick: http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/register_sidebar
