I'm in love with a theme to my own functional purposes, but anything is possible in the world apparently wordpress, but each company uses different strategies and what you can do comes down to what you want to do!
What is the time to have a theme available in org when it is in a solid com?
Not exactly sure what you're asking here...

Ok, thanks
I'm setting up a site to a hosting staff outside of wordpress.com and a theme suited to the look and feel is not ready in wordpress.org.
This slows down my work because I am not able to find the experience of pleasure and comfort achieved.
For information only:
The original site is:

The new site is:

Thank you for your kind reply and greeting.

I still don't entirely understand what you're asking.
Are you wanting to use a Theme available through WordPress.COM on your self-hosted WordPress site, but can't find that Theme in the WordPress.org Theme repository?

The theme is Beach

I was enthusiastic because it fits the architecture designed by me, and now I have to review everything from widgets and menus because I can not find the arrangement that had already conquered in wordpress.com.
It is expected, because it will soon be available for hosting staff. I also talked with the company and have understood my point of view.
I hope that waiting times are not long.
Thanks,
Armando
That Theme was submitted for inclusion in the WordPress.org Theme Repository, but the first version didn't pass review. Once it is re-submitted, it should be available in the Repository.
