WISYG=what you see is what you get- -?
    Nothing…………in general setting

I believe that is in user then profile try it

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?

    – increasing the available memory?

    The problem hadnt been solved.
Maybe i should try to update my wordpress 3.0

You need to find the cause of this problem first. An upgrade probably won’t fix it and could make things worse. Have you tried the other options I gave yet?

I had the same problem after updating WordPress couldnt find the VISUAL AND HTML buttons.

So just do this and you would see them again.

    1. Replace both wp-admin and wp-includes directories and upload fresh copies from the WordPress installation package.

Just overwrite the directories dont delete them!

If you need more directions just let me know?

    hope it works for you!
