   I don't know why the post alway on top although i don't have check on "Make this post sticky".

   How are you ordering the posts? Default is by date published, but perhaps you have used query_posts() to change this?

   Thank you for your answer duck__boy. But i don't know how to fix that.
   That's get this problem aslo in Dashboard
   Only one post get this problem. All another is normal.
   Please help me more.

   Not a lot anyone can do if it's not known how you are calling the Posts. It does sound to me though like it's a sticky post - on the Dashboard, hover over the post in question and click 'quick edit'. Check that 'Sticky' is not ticked and make sure that the date is in the past, not the future.
