Expecting to work on my site today, the banner " This Account Suspended" appeared instead. What is going on? Having only rejoined from a fallen webhost RaZayo, to be stopped in mis-scribble is offputting at best, enraging at its worst.

Try contacting your hosts. This is nothing to do with WordPress.
