why is wordpress loading pictures like this?

the url is: http://www.radbrains.com

click on the picture in the first post, you’ll notice that it will take you into the post, and when you click on it again, it will take you to the picture at its fullsize.

Now go to the post below that one, and click on the picture in there. It takes you right to where the picture is to view it fullsize. I want the first post/picture to function just like the second one.

Why is it doing it differently, and how can I make it do it the second way consistently?
