I've been asking this for a week now and nobody can answer me. I have about 80 users on my website but my homepage only says i have 16. My website is http://www.mathtipsandtricks.com if you have any idea why all my members are not showing or what I can do to show them all, please let me know. I'd really appreciate it.

I think the answer is that the (16) reflects the number of BuddyPress users, not all registered users on your site.
Since I do not use BP, I cannot be sure this is correct, but it is a possibility.

Because the number is generated by BuddyPress code, you need to ask that on the BuddyPress forum.
