Why is the image so small in the box

Using Features is easy enough, but the images I am using do not come out to their correct size, They are postage size, very small. Anyone have any idea why? The images, pictures of models, are 325 x 219 px. I have tried jpeg and png files. The width on them is 50px.
The Woo Theme I am using is Sliding. I really want this to work because it’s so easy to set up.
