Why is "private" showing up in title when linking? (3 posts)

I am working on the following website:

    http://www.eadscolorado.org

I am not sure why our menu items across the top in grey are set up as pages and not menus, but when I try to link this page http://eadscolorado.org/businesses to this page http://eadscolorado.org/baxter-agency it says private by the page title. I have the setting on the right side of the page options set to "private" instead of public because when I had it set to public and updated (publishes) it, it now puts "Baxter Agency" as one of menu items (pages) at the top!

I would greatly appreciate any help I can get! Thank you!

It says private because it's private. If you weren't logged in, it wouldn't show up.

When I logged out of, and go to http://eadscolorado.org/baxter-agency it has the 404 error message. Have any idea why? The bottom line is http://eadscolorado.org/businesses and going to Baxter Agency is not linking to their actual page http://eadscolorado.org/baxter-agency and I can't figure out why.
