my site seems to be running fine, but when navigating between the pages on the navigation bar, it seems very slow. does anyone know any tips or solutions to this?

Posted 1 year ago #When I'm in my dashboard and I'm trying to work I'm getting something like this too.
For the past three or four days, actually either when I'm editing or adding to a blog and reviewing it, or even trying to add an image it takes ages for the page to load or refresh.
I've even had windows tell me there is a connection problem and asks me if I want to diagnose a connection problem. I know for a fact that my connection is ok as I'm running other windows at the same time, these are either websites I'll be linking my blog to, or webpages that are open and not even remotely connected to wordpress in anyway. All of these work fine, but wordpress just seems to grind to a stop.
