why is my login being cache?

Im using w3tc and i been having issues with my login on my phone. somebody had me switch to wp super cache and i was able to loging on my phone. now when i click on a different page, my cdn pops up and causes the login issue again. what do i need to set for caching in order for this to stop happening?
