Why is Askimet requiring me to moderate every single comment? (2 posts)

    I have now having to moderate every single comment on my WordPress blog. This began happening a few days ago.

    In the Discussion section of the WordPress admin panel, I have both of these options unchecked:

    • An administrator must always approve the comment
    • Comment author must have a previously approved comment

    Yet, I am still asked to moderate each comment before it goes live. It is driving me nuts.

    Even if I approve a comment from someone, and they comment again, I have to moderate it.

    Has anyone else experienced this? I don’t want to moderate any comments at all. I want them to appear immediately on my blog. Thanks.
