   Why !?
   After I've published a post I change a custom field that has a link to an image that I've just uploaded, but the preview doesn't show this changes!
   ..is it a cache problem? Is there a way to fix this?

   Not sure if I understood correctly, after you click "Update" after editing a custom field, you still still to publish/update post for it to be saved.

   Oh thanks! you are right ..I need to update first!

   I Just noticed one thing...If I update the custom field..then it is directly changed .. This means I cannot make a preview of a custom field?

   alita77 correct, a custom field is only a part of a page or post,
   you can't preview parts of a page or post
