Why does new posts appear almost 24 hrs later online?

    I use WP 3.5 and want to publish new posts. Unfortunately they don’t appear online immediately, but almost 24 hours later!
    I already checked the timezone, I always refresh the cache and checked the publish-modus, so it should appear immediately.
    What could be the reason?
