   I was recommended to ask my question on http://en.forums.wordpress.com/
   but the split second i post something,it auto closes my topic. why?
   I dont believe I am banned or anything

   These forums are not related to those on wordpress.com. All I can suggest is that you try contacting support at wordpress.com.

   there is no support there. they send me in a loop of tutorials

   If you use wordpress.com, you need to ask for help there. These sites are separate.

   I would use http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
