Why do some people get answered quickly?

    Just wondering why I can ask a question 4 hours ago and get nothing while I watch others get answered right away. All I want is my home page back. I guess I have to delete everything I have figured out in the past few days and start over. Maybe Godaddy would have helped me quicker?

    Pure (bad) luck. It depends upon what your question is and whether the forum volunteers who are around at the time can answer it. Also, if there is a sudden mini-flood of new topics, the odd one can simply slip through the cracks. Any new topic that hasn’t been answered after 2 hours is immediately added to the No Replies list and this list does get reviewed throughout the day by most volunteers. Even so, it’s not uncommon for it to take 24 hours to get a response.

    Please do try to be patient and remember that everyone who helps out her is a volunteer.
