I get emails about 'pingback' like

    Kurzfassung:
    [...] [...] Kontakt [...] [...]

which seem automatically created but make no sence.

As well I get emails about 'comments' for several pages on my site with identical content (which makes no sence)

    These look like this:

Why do I get those ? They are definetly not created by humans and keep annoying me.

Do you have any spam blocking plugins installed, like Akismet, SpamKarma 2, or the like?

If not, I strongly suggest you get one. Or the spam won't stop.

Edit: Nevermind. Those are pingbacks from when YOU create links to other posts or pages of your site. If you don't want them to appear, just go into Manage -> Comments and delete them. (Changing the settings will make it so that even if someone else pings or comments though, you won't get notification.)

    Yes

Those are pingbacks from when YOU create links to other posts or pages of your site.

I did not create links to my site.
These emails are random, and come constantly, but not every day.

If you don't want them to appear, just go into Manage -> Comments and delete them. (Changing the settings will make it so that even if someone else pings or comments though, you won't get notification.)

If someone links my site or post a real comment that would be ok, but this comments are rubbish.

No I still dont know what to do. It is not spam, but useless and needs to be deleted. So who and how are these emails created ?

    Turn off notification.

Options:Discussion "E-mail me whenever: Anyone posts a comment"

I do want to be informed when somebody writes a comment that needs to be authorised - but I do not want these autogenerated comments.

And I would like to know where these come from.

So turning of the emails would not solve the problem, just it following results.

Regardless of whether or not you want to believe us - they come from YOU.

When you create a link on your site to another part of your site, WordPress creates a "trackback" and places it in the comments section of where you linked to.

You can't have the best of all worlds here. Either you stop them from happening all together, from anyone, by anyone, anytime - Or, you stop receiving the notifications - Or, you can simply go in after they occur from YOU, and delete them yourself.

Not that I do not believe you, but I am very sure that I did not work on the site (for days) when I got these emails. And second I did not work on those parts where the comments where placed.

But they're linking to YOUR site.
So why would someone else make a trackback from your site TO your site? It's impossible.

Bottom line is that they're pingbacks. They either are allowed or they're not, and you're either notified or you're not.
