   In Setting>Discussion,

   I disabled followings

   disabled - An administrator must always approve the comment
   disabled - Comment author must have a previously approved comment

   But comments are still getting into awaiting moderation. What did I miss?

   Do you have anything at all - including any blank spaces - in the two boxes on that page?

   no I havn't changed anything on the admin page....
