why complete orders without paying to paypal, first?

Hi,

I am using latest cart66-lite with latest WP. Everything seems to work. However although customers select to pay using paypal, the can complete order without pressing the “Pay with paypal button” (found in the “Complete Order” page). Most of the customers use it, but it happens than 1-2 miss the button or expect they get to paypal after pressing the “Complete Order” button.

So, is there any way to not let the user complete the order unless the user has made the payment through paypal?

Note that in the previous screen (“Checkout” button), the user is presented with 3 options Paypal, Bank Transfer and Pay on delivery. Even if they select pay using “Paypal” the program lets them “complete order” without them being transferred to paypal, first.
