   Hi

   I can't login using Mozilla (my browser preference) but I can using Internet Explorer.

   Any suggestions? Thanks

   You could try commmenting out any settings in your_profile/chrome/userContent.css and your_profile/user.js in case you're inadvertently blocking something.

   You might also want to check through your_profile/prefs.js file for any customisations you might have added but remember to make any changes via the browser using about:config rather than editing the prefs.js file. otherwise your changes will just get over-written.

   Ah - sorry. I tend to assume that all Moz/Firefox users are fairly techy.

   Since it's unlikely that you will have customised Mozilla to any great extent, check the Options (under Tools or Edit, if I remember correctly) and ensure that you're not blocking anything.

   What happens when you try to login with Mozilla?
