Why can't I find/use DePo Masthead?

    I’ve got several blogs here and I use DePo Masthead on a couple of them. I’ve set up a new blog and I can’t find it using the author name or the theme name. I can’t find it at all. I see all kinds of stuff about it on WordPress.org except when I try to install that theme for my blog, it’s not there. Any help? Thanks.

    It appears that DePo Masthead is only available for wordpress.com – i.e. only for blogs hosted by WordPress itself, not self-hosted ones.
