Why can't I create Categories in Valiano Responsive Theme?

    I Installed my theme, followed the instructions and everything was good. Once I started replacing some of the Pictures and Text I must have broken the code. Now I cant add categories to my Portfolio Plug-In and the theme is not working properly. Please Help.
