Wholesale Buyer Cart Issues

I recently integrated a IngiteWoo Wholesale Pricing plugin to my site, upon doing so everything was working great. Retail buyers can add items to their cart without a problem. However, wholesale buyers can add an item to their cart but if they click shop or navigate away from their cart it’ll kick that item out of their cart and say it cannot be purchased. If they try to add a second item the first item gets kicked out with the same message. If they simply add one item and go to checkout, they can purchase without a problem IgniteWoo says they have no restrictions on their plugin and it has to be something else, any help would be much appreciated! (The site was built for us, and we are very new at using it)
